What kinds of clients do you work with?
Most of my clients (approximately 90%) are female. I work with many people who are interested in adopting a plant based diet but don’t know where to start. Weight loss is goal I see often, and I’ve helped hundreds of women lose weight. I’ve also worked with several brides-to-be and help them feel confident and healthy for their big day.

Which program is best for me?
If you’re someone who thrives from a support system, the Diamond or Platinum program would be best for you as they provide more 1:1 support and accountability from myself. If you have a specific, generalized goal and just need a bit of direction (for instance, adopt a plant based diet) the Silver or Gold program may be sufficient. Please contact for details and pricing for each package.

What if we are not a good fit for each other?
I encourage people to reach out to me before committing to a program to make sure we would work well together. If a client purchases a program and upon receiving his or her intake forms I realize I cannot best help this person for any reason, the client will receive a full refund.

Do you work with clients internationally?
Absolutely! I work with clients around the globe. It may take longer to receive your package in the mail due to shipping, but otherwise you can expect the same process and results as American clients.

After I purchase a program, what happens next?
Congrats, I’m exited to begin working with you! Within the next day or two you’ll receive three documents to complete and sign: 1) our program agreement (the package option you selected and payment plan if applicable), 2) privacy statement, and 3) health forms. The health forms can feel lengthy, but it is important in order for me to provide you with best possible recommendations and help you achieve your goals. Please be honest about your symptoms and daily habits. If I have questions and need further clarification, or you’d like to explain in more detail, we can set up a 30-minute phone call pre-assessment.

Can you heal my (asthma, autoimmune disease, etc.)?
I provide dietary and lifestyle recommendations, and do not treat, heal, or diagnose any disease. As I am not a doctor, please first consult your physician before taking any supplement recommendations. Do not discontinue any medication without first consulting your physician.

What happens during a consultation?
A consultation is casual and informal, please be in a quiet space with a good Internet or phone connection. These are scheduled after you have received your nutrition assessment in the mail and reviewed the contents. We will discuss findings from your symptoms and nutritional profile and answer any questions you have. Later sessions in the Diamond and Platinum programs focus more on progress, overcoming challenges, providing support, and addressing challenges as they come up when making dietary and lifestyle changes. If you reside in the Los Angeles area, we can arrange consultations in-person.

What happens if I cancel my consultation?
Please reschedule consultations with at least 24 hours advance notice. Consultations or no-shows after that window will forfeit that session.

Nutrition Assessments
How long does it take to receive my nutrition assessment?
A substantial amount of time, love, and energy goes into each assessment. Please be respectful and patient so I can provide you with absolute best recommendations based on your unique symptoms, needs, and goals. After receiving the completed documents and payment, it typically takes two weeks to create your personalized program. Once completed, another week or so to for your package to travel to you via mail. This can vary depending on time of year and my travel schedule.

Is there an assistant that creates my nutrition assessment?
All assessments and 1:1 consults are completed (with love!) by Ally only.

What does my nutrition assessment include?
Nutrition assessments are 100% personalized depending on the client’s needs, imbalances, and his or her goals. A typical assessment includes an overview and identification of likely imbalances, which may be manifesting as symptoms in the body. It includes dietary recommendations, lifestyle recommendations, and supplement recommendations to help rebalance the systems and support the health goals of the client. Some recommendations are in phases (first two weeks, second two weeks, etc.) and some are generalized. Each assessment also includes a sample meal plan.

How can I pay?
We currently accept payments via credit card or PayPal.

How does a payment plan work?
The terms of the payment plans are worked out with the client, so I’m able to help him or her while staying within the client’s budget. Please fill out the form below, mentioning which package you’re interested in and that a payment plan would benefit you. With all payment plans a portion of the total is due on a monthly basis, you’ll receive an invoice on the first of the month and the portion is due by the fifth of each month.

Do your prices change?
Package pricing is subject to change at any time. If a client purchases a package and rates increase, we will honor the prices from the time of purchase.

Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, you can purchase gift cards for nutrition assessment and counseling services. I offer printable gift cards as well as physical cards that arrive via mail. Complete the form below and I’ll contact you with details needed to process the gift card.
